The Clinical Governance Committee
The Chief Executive of Ludlow Street Healthcare Group has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that clinical governance requirements are adhered to.
Clinical Governance is the responsibility of all staff and information related to Clinical Governance is presented to the Board monthly and then cascaded to all levels of the organisation. Staff are encouraged to participate in a two way system of communication in relation to Clinical Governance, through supervision, staff forums, meetings and special interest groups for continuing professional development.
