The staff of Heatherwood Court will have excellent access to current research through membership of medical libraries and professional journals. There is a regular journal club meeting within Ludlow Street Healthcare Group where papers are evaluated and discussed in relation to their application to clinical practice.

Health professionals belong to relevant special interest groups and regularly attend conferences as part of continuing professional development.
